All orders usually ship within 24 hours(Monday-Friday).

RETURN POLICY: No untinted merchandise may be returned after 30 days from invoice date. 15% restocking charge on products returned for refund. There will be no restocking charge for items that are returned for store credit. A store credit memo will be issued and will remain in effect for two years.   All returns will be shipped prepaid & insured by customer. Any returns must be authorized by Management.

CANCELLATIONS: No returns or cancellations on any tinted materials.. Since all color samples are affected by age, light, heat, coating processes and individual artisan application techniques, samples may vary slightly in color or finish from the actual material in the container.

COST OF COLLECTION: If any dispute, the Company shall be entitled to cost of collection, including attorney's fee and interest at 18% per annum.
